Overview
Starphix LLC is a future-forward AI systems agency offering powerful, privacy-respecting solutions for individuals and businesses looking to evolve with artificial intelligence. Our work spans strategic consulting, training, system design, automation, and personalized AI infrastructure.
By purchasing a StarPhiX product or service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Digital Services & Refund Policy–
Most purchases of digital services and intangible assets are non-refundable, including:
-AI Launchpad Course offerings
-AI Compass Roadmapping & Planning
-Digital templates, tools, automations, and AI Agent deployments
Revisions and Adjustments–
We do offer limited tuning or modification of digital assets at our discretion if the initial delivery misses the mark. Abuse of this goodwill policy—via excessive revisions or out-of-scope requests—may result in additional charges or refusal of further service.
Custom Systems & AI Fusion Service Policy
AI Fusion is our most complex and hands-on offering, built around your needs with high-level customization. As such, it carries its own refund structure.
Cold Feet Cop-Out Clause (Fusion Clients Only)
If a client initiates an AI Fusion project but later chooses to cancel due to uncertainty, fear, or dissatisfaction before full delivery, StarPhix will honor a partial refund, minus a Service Setup Fee.
This fee reflects work already completed and time reserved.
The Setup Fee will not exceed 50% of the total contract value.
Cancellation must be requested in writing within the first 21 days of the engagement.
This clause gives clients flexibility, while honoring the time and resources invested by StarPhiX.
PaiX Builds & Guarantee
PaiX is our flagship product — a custom private AI system built for offline performance, total privacy, and limitless integration.
Due to the hybrid nature of the product (hardware + software), the following policies apply:
14-Day PaiX Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on standard PaiX Builds, minus a 25% service fee.
Service Fee covers:
–Configuration, assembly, testing
-Setup, deployment, and initial software stack installation
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Refunds are not available for custom hardware modifications or extended warranty plans.
Extended Warranty & Upgrade Services (PaiX Only)
PaiX clients can purchase optional Extended Warranty Plans, which include:
Software re-optimization and updates
Troubleshooting support
Post-deployment upgrade consultation
Support on third-party tool integration (within reason)
StarPhiX also offers paid system upgrades (hardware/software) within 120 days of the original build. These services must be initiated by the client and are scoped separately from initial projects.
Project Scope & Abuse Protection
Each engagement includes a clearly defined project scope. Excessive revision requests or attempts to extract more work than agreed may lead to:
Scope renegotiation
Additional charges
Termination of services
StarPhiX reserves the right to end any project if it becomes clear that a client is acting abusively or unprofessionally.
AI System Disclaimer
StarPhiX builds AI systems using best-in-class open-source software stacks, local infrastructure, and proprietary design frameworks. However:
AI technologies evolve rapidly
No system is future-proof or guaranteed to remain fully compatible over time
Maintenance and upgrades are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly included
We encourage ongoing adaptation and offer support services for clients seeking to evolve their systems.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
Unless specified otherwise:
Custom deliverables tailored to your business are yours to use, monetize, and grow with.
Core frameworks, internal tools, proprietary automations, and templates remain the intellectual property of StarPhiX.
Clients may not redistribute or resell StarPhiX’s work as their own platform or product.
All parties agree to mutual confidentiality when handling sensitive data, documentation, or custom solutions.
Conduct & Communication
Clients are expected to maintain respectful and timely communication. We reserve the right to pause or terminate service if:
Communication becomes abusive, disrespectful, or unproductive
Payment terms are ignored
Clients consistently act outside agreed boundaries
Updates & Modifications
These terms may be updated as needed. Clients will be notified of any changes affecting active engagements or ongoing services.
Acceptance of Terms
