Starphix Ambassador
Scope of Role: The Ambassador role is the first point of contact on a client’s transformative journey with StarphiX. You will act as a trusted guide, listening carefully to understand the unique challenges and goals of professionals and small business owners. You are the architect of the client relationship, responsible for translating their vision into an actionable, strategic roadmap for adopting AI with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building genuine relationships and identifying professionals who can benefit from our guidance and educational approach.
- Conducting exploratory consultations to understand a client’s business, assess their AI readiness, and recommend the best starting service.
- Developing clear, practical proposals that outline a strategic roadmap for AI integration.
- Guiding clients through our service selection and onboarding process, ensuring a transformational, not transactional, experience.
- Acting as a trusted advisor, embodying our service-first mindset in every interaction.
AI Systems Builder
Scope of Role: The AI Systems Builder is the engineer of empowerment, responsible for the hands-on design and deployment of our custom AI solutions. This role is focused on practical innovation, turning strategic blueprints into functioning, time-saving automations. You will build the secure and effective tools that give clients full ownership and control over their technology and data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to design tailored AI systems and automation blueprints that solve their specific workflow pain points.
- Building and deploying private, secure PaiX Local workstations, empowering clients with data sovereignty and independence from third-party platforms.
- Integrating our custom AI solutions with a client’s existing tools, ensuring seamless functionality and data flow.
- Providing technical support and clear documentation to ensure clients can confidently operate their new systems.
- Continuously exploring emerging AI technologies to build tools that are useful, not just flashy.
