Starphix Refund Policy

Overview

At StarphiX, we are committed to our clients’ success and satisfaction. Our policies are designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting the nature of our digital products and service engagements.

Custom Services (AI Infusion, AI Compass, Custom Automations)

Initial Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project slot and initiate our work. This deposit covers the essential initial discovery, strategic planning, and allocation of resources dedicated to your project.

Cancellations & Refunds: If you choose to cancel a project after work has commenced, refunds for any payments made beyond the initial deposit will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, proportional to the work completed and milestones achieved.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with a final deliverable, we will work with you to resolve the issue within the 7-day support window that follows project handoff.

Live Educational Programs (AI Launchpad)Full Refunds:

A full refund can be requested up to 48 hours before your scheduled session begins.

Cancellations within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund, but we will offer a one-time credit to reschedule for a future date.

Post-Session: Once an educational session or workshop has been delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Digital Products & Templates (Instant Download)

Due to the irrevocable nature of instantly accessible digital products, all sales of templates, guides, blueprints, and prompt kits are final and non-refundable.

Installed Digital Products & WorkflowsFor “Done-For-You Installation” products, such as pre-built automations or agents:We will provide a full refund only if the product fails to function as described in its product description and we are unable to resolve the issue within the 7-day support window after installation.

Refunds will not be issued for reasons of client mind-change or incompatibility with third-party systems not explicitly listed as supported.
